Complete solution with layup

The layup was developed for highly efficient module production.

It consists of a robot/ portal and a glass feed with centering.

The robot’s gripper picks up the soldered strings from the tray ,
positions and rotates them on the glass and enables the electrical
connection between the strings.

Different glass sizes and orientations can be processed.
